What are the requirements to run
Cool Toolbars products?
Cool Toolbars products requires the following minimum system
requirements to run:
- Microsoft Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or higher
Does Cool
work with other browsers?
At this time Cool Toolbars products is only available for
Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5 or higher.
Installation
I have installed the toolbar,
why can't I see it?
You probably have your the toolbar not open. Follow these steps:
Go
to View > Toolbars
> The toolbar you wish to enable.
If you have tried that and I still
can't see it, try disabling your toolbar and re-opening it by
following the steps listed above.
If
you are using IE 6 and you are experiencing trouble downloading
the Toolbar, please make sure the following item is enabled
in your browser: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable
third party browser extensions.
How do I uninstall Cool Toolbars
products?
In order to uninstallr, please follow these
steps:
- Select Start > Settings > Control Panel
- Select Add/Remove Programs
- Select the Cool Toolbars
product and click Remove ( this will remove 100% of the
toolbar)
How do I
know I am using the latest version of the Toolbars?
Cool Toolbar products automatically updates themselfs. So
you never need to download another version - you can always
be sure that you are using the latest release.
I
can see the toolbar in my browser.
Why does it not work?
If you are using IE5.0 and have other toolbars already installed
on your machine you will not be able to use Cool Toolbar
products. If you would like to use the toolbars we
suggest upgrading your Internet Browser to the latest version
so that it is able to support multiple toolbars.
In order to check what version of
Internet Explorer you are using please follow these steps:
- Click Help in your browser
- Select About Internet Explorer
- You will be able to see the version number in the pop
up box that appears

information about individual users.
